Kiley Prime and Kyle O'Neill
Kiley has eight years of experience as a Personal Insurance Professional. She has been an avid equestrian for most of her life, competing, and showing in numerous Amateur-Owner Hunter division events nationally. Her genuine interest and knowledge of horses has translated into a collaboration and specialization both for her personally and professionally. She currently holds a Bachelors in Marketing from Suffolk University in Boston, MA.
In September of 2017, Kyle at the age of 26 started his own independent Agency, O’Neill & Co. Insurance Group. Within a year of inception, Starkweather & Shepley Insurance, based in East Providence, Rhode Island, initiated a strategic partnership proposal for O’Neill & Co, which formally began on July 16, 2018.
Since his time with Starkweather, Kyle has created and has since been appointed as the President of the Private Client practice. He was named a “Rising Star” by Chubb Insurance in 2020 and accepted into the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania for their risk management program (CAPI) in 2021.
Kyle has earned Chartered Private Risk and Insurance Advisor (CPRIA) designation from St. John’s University School of Risk Management. He is currently attaining the Advanced Chartered Private Risk and Insurance Advisor (ACPRIA) designation in addition to his Executive MBA through The Wharton School.
